Returns Policy

Lighting Showroom

Products purchased from our Lighting Showroom may be returned for full refund if the following criteria have been met:

  • Product(s) have been returned within 7 days of initial purchase date
  • Product(s) are in original unsoiled packaging and have been unused/fitted
  • Product(s) are returned with original sales invoice receipt
  • Product(s) were not ‘SALE’ or ‘PROMO’ marked at the time of purchase nor seasonal stock items
  • Product(s) were not ‘special order’ or ‘made to order’

Online Store

Products purchased from our online store (www.ideas4lighting.com) can unfortunately not be returned over our tradecounter, all returns must be made via courier.

Electrical Trade counter

Products purchased from our Electrical Trade counter may be returned for a full refund if the following criteria have been met:

  • Product(s) have been returned within 28 days of initial purchase date
  • Product(s) are in original unsoiled packaging and have been unused/fitted
  • Product(s) are returned with original sales invoice receipt
  • Product(s) were not ‘SALE’ or ‘PROMO’ marked at the time of purchase nor seasonal stock items
  • Product(s) were not ‘special order’ or ‘made to order’ or ‘cut to measure’

 

Other Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to test products declared as faulty before providing a replacement as first protocol or a refund as second protocol.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or cost incurred where an item purchased as been declared or diagnosed as faulty.

  • We do not hold customer data for longer than is required
  • We will not pass personal data onto third parties
  • Data we may require to collect for the purpose of order fulfilment and legal requirement: Name, Business Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, VAT ID, Vehicle Reg and Electronic Signature.
